Hello and welcome to my gallery!! Let me begin telling you about myself: I was born in 1978, out of a Belgian mother and a Serbian father. When I reached the age of 9, I started going to the evening academy of Kontich. You could tell the drawings were mine because of the bright and heavy colours. In secondary school we learned the technical side of drawing by practicing over and over again. At the end of secondary grade (I was 18), I chose to go on in the art of painting. I remember I was convinced of that decision long time before I had to decide, although my teachers thought I would go to graphics. I graduated 7 years later. Meanwhile I also started following art classes in secondary school during the day (I was 15) and graduated in 1998. After that I attended 2 more years of Monumental Artclasses in the Academy of Antwerp. It was in those 2 years I got the opportunity to realise a project for a company that makes diamonds, called Hoge Raad van de Diamant (see: 'Exposities'). After a long time of inactivity (children you know) I started drawing and painting again, with a model as example. I follow these classes at the Academy of Mechelen.
